Meet the Housing Ombudsman Visit
Emh Homes and North West Leicestershire District Council residents are invited to meet the Housing Ombudsman for England, Richard Blakeway.
You will hear more about the free support the organisation can provide to help you resolve housing management issues.
The event will be taking place on Monday 9th October at 1pm, at the emh group offices in Coalville, Leicestershire.
You can join in person but we are limited on the numbers we can accommodate, and these tickets are available on a first-come first-served basis. There is also the option for everyone to join using a virtual link. If you’d like to meet the Ombudsman, please sign up online.
Emh residents can register here: Book your ticket
You will have the chance to ask Richard Blakeway questions on all aspects of the Housing Ombudsman Service and how it can help if you have a housing complaint you don’t think has been dealt with well. The types of complaints the Housing Ombudsman can deal with include:
- Anti-social behaviour
- Complaint handling
- Damp and mould
- Other housing management issues.
Unfortunately, Richard will not be able to answer questions on your individual housing management issues, or cases referred to the Ombudsman. However, there will be staff from emh and North West Leicestershire District Council available for you to speak to about any concerns or complaints you may have.
