Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs)
Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) were introduced in April 2023 to assess how well social landlords in England and Wales are delivering quality homes and services.
As a landlord with over 1,000 homes, emh is required to submit TSM data annually to the Regulator of Social Housing. This data must also be published in a way that is timely, clear, and easy for residents to access.
The TSMs are part of the new Transparency, Influence and Accountability Standard. You can view an easy read version here.
We’ve now published our Tenant Satisfaction Measures for the period April 2024 to March 2025.
