Snow and cold weather update

As snow and icy conditions continue, we’d like to remind residents to take extra care when heading out and to keep warm where possible.

Due to the weather, some of our operatives may experience difficulties travelling safely to appointments today. We will do everything we can to honour appointments already scheduled; however, some visits may take place later than planned or may need to be rescheduled at short notice. If we’re unable to attend, we will contact you directly to rearrange your appointment.

Please also be aware that our Memorial House and Longfield offices are closed today due to the snow. Our telephone and online services remain fully operational, and our teams are here to support you.

We’re really sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Your safety, and that of our colleagues, is our priority - and you, our residents, truly matter to us.
