We will aim to resolve your query at first point of contact. Our Customer Service Centre is open from 8am to 6pm to answer queries and deal with requests around rents, repairs and housing matters.
The Housing and Neighbourhoods team operates a visiting service, meeting you out and about in the community. You can arrange a visit from your housing officer if you need assistance. Some of the reasons include requests around mutual exchanges, to report nuisance behaviour, and to discuss any tenancy or estate management issue. We have a specialist anti-social behaviour team which deals with medium to high level nuisance complaints.
We invest our money, time and expertise in improving the streets and estates we serve. We want your community to be a great place to live.
For this we work closely with residents who get involved and our partners to improve neighbourhoods and communal areas to make your area better.
Together, we look after your community in the following ways:
- run regular estate inspections to make sure everything is running smoothly
- deal with anti-social behaviour to keep your neighbourhood safe and calm and guide you through the process of reporting and resolving anti-social behaviour when it occurs
- help you if you are being harassed by someone
- organise regular events where you can talk to our staff about our services and what matters most to you.
