Emh Housing and Regeneration Limited (known as emh Homes) – charitable registered housing provider offering affordable homes for rent and ownership across the region. Emh Homes delivers management and maintenance services to our 22,000 homes and also leads the Quantum Development Consortium.
Emh Care And Support Limited – charitable limited company providing housing and day care services to adults with learning disabilities and older people, including supported living, registered homes and extra care.
Sharpes Garden Services Limited – non-charitable limited company providing garden maintenance and landscaping services to the group and other social housing providers.
Midlands Rural Housing And Village Development Association Limited – non-registered, non-charitable provider offering specialist rural enabling and management services to smaller independent housing associations.
Emh Development Company Limited – non-charitable limited company providing housing design, build and sales services to the group.
Emh Treasury plc – public limited company, which raises funds through the debt capital markets.
