Asset Officer

We're looking for a proactive and organised Asset Officer to join our Asset & Compliance team. In this varied role, you'll support the delivery of asset management and building compliance activities, helping to ensure our homes remain safe, compliant and well maintained while providing an excellent customer experience.

Salary £32,170 - £35,744 per annum

Location Home-based, with regular attendance to our emh offices, and to site (Designated office: Longfield House, Ilkeston or Memorial House, Coalville)
