For maintenance contracts above the value of £207,720, emh has a dynamic market, which is a specific type of framework agreement used to award our contracts.
Suppliers will need to have a Safety Scheme In Procurement (SSIP) accreditation to be able to join, such as (CHAS Standard, or Constructionline Bronze). Any supplier can be accredited to this standard.
We will not work with maintenance suppliers who do not have a SSIP accreditation.
More information on the SSIP can be found at https://ssip.org.uk
