How to make a complaint
If our service doesn't live up to your expectations, we want you to tell us. Complaints help us to learn and improve.
Anyone who uses, seeks to use, or is affected by the services we provide can make a complaint. Please let us know about any issues as soon as possible, so we can investigate and respond promptly.
We don’t normally deal with complaints that are reported to us more than four months after the event as these are hard for us to investigate fairly.
