Springfields provides 65 beautiful, 24-hour supported living apartments in the heart of the National Forest for people aged 55 and over.
Springfields opened in 2021. Its name comes from the town’s history as a busy spa in the nineteenth century. The scheme was built on the site of a popular spring near to the former Holywell Spring Farm.
The building takes inspiration from both nature and history to provide apartments dedicated to health and wellbeing. The homes combine light and space to create a feeling of starting afresh at a pace to suit your lifestyle.
Springfields has 65 one- and two-bedroom apartments, with 50 for rent and 15 for shared ownership. All apartments are completely self-contained and designed with space for wheelchairs and mobility aids.
The front entrance has a video door entry system, and each apartment also has its own secure entrance. Every home is equipped with fibre optic broadband for residents to access digital services via their chosen provider.
