We’re proud to offer a variety of homes across the East Midlands that suit individuals, couples, and families alike.

Our communities are designed to be welcoming and inclusive, with some homes specially adapted to support older residents and people with disabilities, so everyone can feel comfortable, connected and at home.

If you're interested in renting an emh home, the first step is to register with the local authority in your preferred area.

They’ll assess your housing need and assign you a priority status. Many councils now use  ‘choice-based lettings’, giving you the opportunity to bid for homes that match your needs.

Bidding does not involve money, it just means that you are telling the local authority that you are interested in a particular property and want to be considered for it.
