Your tenancy agreement
When you move into your home, you'll sign a tenancy agreement. This is a legal contract between you and emh. The agreement sets out your rights and responsibilities as a resident, as well as our obligations as your landlord.
Tenancy agreements may vary depending on:
-
When you became a resident
-
The type of home you live in
-
The needs of your household.
It’s important to keep your tenancy agreement in a safe place and refer back to it if you have any questions about your tenancy. If you ever need a copy, please contact us.
