As a registered provider of social housing, emh (including all subsidiary companies) is subject to the Procurement Act 2023. This means our major supplies, services or works contracts are competitively tendered.

To talk with managers for a specific activity (i.e. ICT, property and asset management, HR services and recruitment, development etc.) about the particular supplies, services or works that your company provides, you may be able to use applications such as LinkedIn to find those who are open to hearing from suppliers.

Tips for suppliers on doing business with emh:

• When tendering for any contracts with emh, please ensure that you read the tender documentation thoroughly, and complete all sections required
• Please understand that tendering for a contract does not guarantee success, only the best proposal(s) can win, as specified in the award criteria for each contract
• Don’t supply anything until you’ve received and signed a contract, and where relevant an official order. This will help ensure that you get paid on time
• Register with the supplier registration service at https://supplierregistration.cabinetoffice.gov.uk/organisation/register and keep these details up to date.
